It’s a fact that the technology industry is changing fast. In such a dynamic environment, it makes sense to pick up young people and train them right on the job.
You can build a steady source of young talent that costs less than hiring from campuses
You receive financial support from government to cover the cost of running the program
The apprentices you train, gain real skills for their lifetime, that ultimately makes the country more productive
You maintain compliance with the law
Apprentices can particularly be valuable to your organisation if you experience high employee turnover, or have a predominantly older workforce.

Under NAPS, MSMEs can hire and manage apprentices for a 6-36 month period. Government financially supports the learner as well as the training provider / employer.

A one-year program to impart practical knowledge & skills to young people working in technology roles. Government reimburses 50% of the stipend paid to the individual.
